CONNECTION WITH US

In cooperation with INKSYSTEM, when buying products or services at this site, the client communicates with us electronically. Client agrees to receive contact with us in electronic form. Contact occurs via site updates and by e-mail. Customer agrees that all announcement and messages that we offer him in electronic form, comply with all laws. We encourage customer feedback about the site. Though, any notes, comments, suggestions, ideas or messages left on the site, shall continue the ownership of the INKSYSTEM. We can use all of these messages in any order, including reproduced, disclose or publish such messages without compensation.

CHECK, CHANGE AND CANCEL YOUR ORDER

Cancellation must be made by phone by 11 A.M. PDT.

If the order already committed, the customer can confirm the date, method of receipt and find all the details by calling our service center by phone +1-888-678-3072 or clarify all your issues by e-mail sales@inksystem.com. If the booking has not yet been adopted and transmitted to the purchaser it is possible to modify the circumstances of the order by calling the above presented phone. From the moment the order is handled by the Company will not reimburse for the postal charges in case of revocation. BOOKING AND PAYMENT CIRCS
