Warranty and service terms (for free).

1. Warranty and free service are provided only by official INKSYSTEM representatives.

2. Manufacturer provides free service and warranty on items for 24 months from the sale date and with the absence of any violation of these terms.

3. Warranty applies to:

a) Component printer elements;
b) Cables, adapters, plugs, media types (software and drivers discs).

4. Manufacturer provides no warranty and no free service in the following cases:

a) If installation and service rules and conditions are violated;
b) If items have signs of unprofessional repairing;
c) If a serial number of the item was changed, erased or cant be identified;
d) If the defect was caused by force majeure, special cases, intentional or not careful actions of the user or other persons;
e) If defects were caused by getting of foreign objects, liquids, substances, insects inside the printer or extremely low temperatures.

5. Warranty and free service dont apply to following defects of the items:

a) Mechanical damages, appeared after the product was given to user;
b) Damages caused by careless mishandling and violating the rules of device treatment;
c) Normal elements wearout in case of excess of exploitation standards;
d) Damages caused by using non-original INKSYSTEM products.

6. Device installation and setup, described in user manual, can be made by user or by INKSYSTEM service experts for free.

7. CISS must be transported only with closed plugs on the external block of the device.

8. It isnt allowed to locate CISS with open tubes or filters above the printer. This may cause ink flowing inside the printer or other negative consequences.

9. INKSYSTEM Company is not responsible for possible direct or indirect damage caused to people, pets, goods by INKSYSTEM products in case of incorrect following of exploitation rules, CISS installation or careless actions of users or other persons, and possible losses of user or other persons.

10. CISS doesnt change the construction of the printer.

If you have some claims about the goods you've bought in our shop, you can return it during 14 days. The original package must be remained.

Warranty and non-warranty cases.

CISS:
Cartridge:
Warranty cases:
- Bad cartridge gluing, ink flowing;
- Impaired capacity (ink is not drowning through cartridge).
Non-warranty cases:
- cartridge membrane is damaged by mechanical action (punched by needle etc.);
- cartridge has interference traces (gluing, soldering, drilling).

Tank:
Warranty cases:
- tank flowing out from outside bonding joints;
- internal closure of ink tanks, ink mixing.
Non-warranty cases:
- mechanical damages and interference (chips, cracks, gluing, soldering).

Tube:
Warranty cases:
- ink flows from micro-holes;
- the tube has cross-cutting in mounting area (less than 1 month of use).
Non-warranty cases:
- tube grinding as a result of faulty installation or user interference;
- the tube has cross-cutting in mounting area( more than 1 month of use);
- the tube has interference (gluing, soldering, cutting)

Chip:
Warranty cases:
- chip doesnt reset ink level indications;
- printer is not detecting the chip.
Non-warranty cases:
- any chip mechanical damages;
- poured with ink chip;
- chip has interference (gluing, soldering etc.).

Corks and plugs:
Warranty cases:
- cork or plug doesnt fit the hole.
Non-warranty cases:
- cork or plug is torn or punctured.

RC:
Cartridge:
Warranty cases:

INKSYSTEM Company excludes for itself any liability for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any kind to people, pets or property if the stated damages have been affected because of rules and operational conditions / product installation disregard. The Company also excludes any liability for intentional or careless actions of the user or third parties, for loss of revenue or profits, loss of business, loss of information or data, or other financial loss arising out of or in connection with the sale, installation, maintenance, use, performance, failure, or interruption and the possibility of such damages.

Free technical support shall be understood to mean damages repair free of charge to the customer, damages that were caused by the manufacturer and the users full adherence to warranty conditions. The warranty service can be dismissed if the diagnostics team learns that the damage reason is a result of neglecting the above-listed warranty conditions (the diagnostics can take several days time).
