Below are some useful tips for opening a representative office.


Selecting a location. Better to sell where there is a maximal number of potential customers. For example, next to computer shops or technical support centers, on lively streets, electronics markets, in business centers. To begin with, you need to lease a small area-from 6 square metres. It could be sub-rent in a computer shop or a separate office.

You will need a table, computer, display to demonstrate CISS, ink, photo paper, a warehouse to store printers and CISS (1.5-3square meters), area for advertisements (flag, poster), drawer unit or table for installing CISS.

When selecting a location, immediately consider how you will be attracting customers. For example, if there is an exit onto the street, display a banner on the façade of the building (we will also create it free of charge!). If your point is located away from the main street, consider where to display an outdoor advertisement or an arrow indicating entry to your store. The easier it is to find you, the more potential customers will end up in your office.


Advertising. Remember, that you are now selling INKSYSTEM CISS and only you are aware of it at the moment. But not your customers. Therefore, in the first few months you must actively search for customers. Some of them will find you through the web site, some through printed materials, but if you are serious about your earnings, you must attract clients using other strategies. Staff. At first you will need to hire 1 person who will work with customers. It is very important, that this person be technically knowledgeable when it comes to CISS and other INKSYSTEM products, that they are quite sociable and polite with customers and are motivated to receive a high salary-they need to search for clients even when you are absent. If a client receives bad customer service, they wont turn up a second time. If a client enjoyed your customer service, they will revisit you and recommend you to their acquaintanances, and this is the best advertisement.


First steps with INKSYSTEM:

1. Select a Concept which closer suits your goals. We propose several ready approaches, as but in one representative office it is possible to combine several approaches.

For example a) selling CISS-as your main business, b) photo studio-for promoting your premises and attracting clients c) creating discount cards-to occupy managers time when there are no clients (telephone sales, online proposals).

2. Fill in the new Company representative form, specify any questions which need to be answered, confirm training date, prepare for new business start-up (premises, money, staff, furniture and office equipment).

3. Complete training, sign the Agreement and begin to earn money together with us!
